LUMBER, FLOORING, & FURNITURE SHIPMENTS

Most domestic & Canadian cargo is sent via common carrier to the jobsite.  Your location must be tractor-trailer accessible. Someone (1-3 people relative to the order size) must be onsite at the time of delivery to help facilitate the lumber drop. Large orders of 3,000 linear feet of decking or 3,000 square feet of flooring will require more people (3-6 persons) or equipment to off load.  Normally, up to one hour is given to offload material.  Additional charges such as detention and lift gates will be the responsibility of the customer.  Orders can also be picked up with a trailer at the nearest Freight Terminal.

International shipments including Hawaii and the Caribbean are sent via LCL (less than container load), full 20' or 40' containers, and air freight.  The BannerElk Trading Company has a wide network of shipping partners to meet our customers needs for the most economical and efficient means of shipping.

SMALL PACKAGED ITEMS

Packaged items such as fasteners, railing, and lumber accessories are sent via FedEx Ground and Expedited services.  Freight costs are based on weight and carton dimensions.

INTERNATIONAL packaged items are sent via Fed Ex International Priority & Economy. All International shipments are sent DDU (duties unpaid by shipper).
